Preparation:
- Create a Peaceful Space: Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably without interruptions.
- Matria Relaxing Tincture: Take 20 drops of our Relaxing Tincture to help ease tension and prepare your body for meditation.
- Matria Lavender Oil: Place a few drops of our Lavender Oil in your hands and on your temples. Rub gently and breathe deeply, allowing its aroma to envelop your senses, calming your mind and preparing your spirit for this sacred moment.
Beginning of Meditation:
Gently close your eyes and take three deep breaths. With each inhalation, imagine the air filled with peace and serenity; with each exhalation, release any thoughts or worries that may be weighing you down.
Rooting:
Visualize your roots extending from the base of your spine downward, deep into the earth. With each breath, feel how these roots connect you to the calm and stability of the motherland, giving you a sense of security and belonging.
Flow with the Breath:
Focus your attention on your breathing. Notice how the air enters and leaves your body, how your chest and abdomen rise and fall. If your mind wanders, gently return your focus to your breath, allowing yourself to be fully present in this cycle of life.
Invitation to Calm:
Imagine that with each inhalation, you are absorbing tranquility and balance from the universe; with each exhalation, you are releasing stress, tension, and any imbalance from your being. Feel how your nervous system regulates itself, how your body deeply relaxes, and how your mind clears.
Connection with the Heart:
Now bring your attention to the center of your chest, to the space of your heart. Imagine a soft, warm, and comforting light emanating from this space, expanding with each breath. Feel how this light represents the love, peace, and serenity that reside within you.
Closing:
When you feel ready, begin bringing your awareness back to the present, gently wiggling your fingers and toes. Slowly open your eyes, bringing the sense of calm and balance back into your day.
